Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority leases land for
hangar development. Lease agreements have a twenty year
term, and after that term, the hangar reverts to the Airport
Authority. The tenant will then have first right of refusal
to rent hangar back at fair-market-value set by an
independent appraiser. For information on available lots,
